2. Cleaning Master : Moderate amount of exercise for women from routine household cleaning, gardening is very helpful. Sedentary lifestyle reduces chances of conception.

3. Phone App FTW : use a phone app to monitor your menstrual cycle, ovulation date, fertile week.

4. Reduce Alcohol : Both partners should limit their alcohol intake. It affects the oocyte fertilization and implantation process.

5. Stop Smoking : Both partners should stop smoking, also passive smoking is harmful. Nicotine directly harms DNA in the sperm resulting in miscarriages.

6. Loose weight : Obesity affects both male and female partners Fertility potential. Keeping a scheduled physical activity helps.

7. Have Regular Sex : It helps Improve the quality of sperms. Studies have shown People who have sex every alternate day have better motile sperm count.

8. Know your Fertility window : Having sex during your fertile window improves chances of getting pregnant. In a 28 day cycle it falls between day 11-17 of your menses. 

9. Find time to Relax : You need to respect holistic demands of your mind and  body. Finding time to meditate / relax / small vacations all help in improving your mental health which in turn improves your Reproductive health.

10. Multivitamins are your BFF : there are many natural sources of Multivitamins. But while planning pregnancy it is always better to take multivitamin supplements. Folic acid, vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Calcium ; essential nutrients like magnesium, copper, zinc are important. Soak up some sunshine, get your vitamin D!
